Katherine Woodrow

Katherine has an international financial services background, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at the Bank of New York Mellon and Wells Fargo. She brings extensive financial experience with expertise in transformation, risk, compliance, governance and operations. Katherine joined CCG as a co-opted member of the Finance and General Purposes Committee in August 2025.
