With over 25 years of international people management experience, Ian Moore leads a Chichester-based HR consultancy that partners with both local and global businesses to help them build high-performing teams. Ian also serves as Chair of Governors at Chichester Free School and is a board member of the Chichester Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

He is passionate about fostering collaboration between education and industry, ensuring students are well-prepared for future careers. Outside of his professional roles, Ian is an avid photographer who enjoys capturing moments that inspire creativity.
