T LEVELS

T Levels are two-year, technical qualifications which have been designed with employers to give your future workforce the skills that are needed by industry.

THE NEXT LEVEL QUALIFICATION

T Levels have been developed as an alternative to A-Levels and will give students a real experience of the workplace by combining classroom study, practical learning and a three-month industry placement.

Developed in collaboration with employers and businesses, T Levels will equip them with the knowledge and skills that will prepare them for work.

Each T Level includes a minimum 315-hour industry placement, providing early access to emerging talent. These placements can be flexible—scheduled as block weeks or regular days—based on your business needs and curriculum plan.

Why partner with T Level students for placements?

  1. Practical Skills: T Level students develop the hands-on skills necessary for their chosen career, ready to contribute effectively to your team.
  2. Real-World Experience: With a minimum of 315 hours in an industry placement, these students come equipped with valuable insights into the workplace.
  3. Highly Regarded Qualification: T Levels are equivalent to three A-levels and carry UCAS points, ensuring students are academically prepared as well.
  4. Future Talent Pipeline: By working with T Level students, you build relationships with potential future employees, helping you identify top talent early on.
  5. Pathway to Progression: T Level students retain the option to advance to a degree or a higher apprenticeship, making them adaptable and ambitious.
