Results joy for students across the Chichester College Group
It was a day of celebration for A-Level and T Level students at colleges across the Chichester College Group as they received their results – the culmination of their hard work over the past two years.
And what a set of results the group has received this year.
A-level pass rates at both Worthing and Chichester Colleges were above the national average (97.3%), recording 99% and 98% respectively.
At Haywards Heath College, a strong 96% pass rate for just the second set of students completing their A-levels was something to celebrate – especially as it came with a large percentage (41%) of high achievers with A*-B grades
And T Level results across the group were also well received, with a group-wide pass rate for year 2 students at Chichester and Crawley Colleges sitting at around 93% – that’s three percentage points above the national average.
Andrew Green, Chief Executive Officer at Chichester College Group, said: “This is a fantastic set of results for our A-level and T Levels students across the group. They have worked hard, shown huge amounts of dedication to achieve these grades, after such a disrupted time earlier in their education.
“They should be incredibly proud of their achievement and I know they will take their next steps – whether that’s higher education or employment – with confidence in the skills they have learnt at college.
“Our results are – as always – also a reflection of amazing teaching and support teams, who continue to go above and beyond to support their students.”
