Vicki Edgington

Director Of Human Resources

Vicki started her HR working in the finance and insurance sector, before relocating to the South Coast in 2000 and moving into the public sector.   She worked for 15 years in Local Government HR, working with Children’s Social Care, the Fire and Rescue Service and schools. Vicki joined CCG in 2019, working alongside her job share partner, Kate Marshman, and really enjoys the vibrancy and buzz of college life.     

Vicki is a fully qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has a particular interest in Safeguarding and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. 

In her spare time, Vicki enjoys travel, trips to the theatre and family life.
