Susan is a senior HR and management professional with over 23 years of experience at British Airways, where she held several strategic roles across Operations, Engineering and Human Resources. Her expertise includes leadership development, people management, change management, HR policy, employment law, employee relations and workplace mediation.

After earning her CIPD qualification from Crawley College in 2008, Sue was awarded Chartered Fellowship in 2013, recognizing her strategic HR capabilities, people expertise and business impact. Sue is passionate about fostering a high-performance culture.

After a career break to focus on her family, Sue joined Crawley College in 2002 as part of the Learning Support team where she enjoys coaching, mentoring and empowering students, helping them achieve their full potential in the educational sector.
